The best years of your life...

Do you ever find yourself longing to return to a time in your past? Maybe high school, or college? I truly believe my favorite years were my college years, for the good and the bad times. There was a lot of stress, and tears, and not enough sleep, but accompanied with so much learning and growing.

So... I am going to relive my wonderful years at good ol' ACI. How? Well, that was the tricky part. I am FINALLY done going to school for awhile, so I wasn't going to enroll. But..... my husband is going to Albertson! Go Yotes!!!

Today was his first day of class. It is the winter term and he is enrolled in the class that was by far my favorite education course. He brought home the syllabus, and I looked over the week's assignments and reminisced fondly. He also brought me a copy of the newspaper, which I read and laughed at how irrelevant so much of it seems to me now.

We looked at the social events, campus ministry opportunities, talked about financial aid, FAFSA, advisors, and the works. Ahhh.... just like being back. (minus the homework!)

So folks, if you find yourself missing your college years, this seems to be a great way to get as close to those years again, without actually going to college again.
