It says "if jenn's mom IS doing it" not "can do it." Of course you are mentally capable of blogging. The question is just how wide the blogging trend has reached. Or, in other words, whether not having a blog would be socially crippling. And, my dear mother, as we all know, your home is not necessarily the most susceptible to changes in technology. No offense!
